Iconic,Even Priceless, Rangers Memorabilia You Own, Have Lost, Or Would Like To Have.

International break, so let's ignore that shit and get nostalgic about the Gers and think about memorabilia.

The best of the best only on this thread. Real priceless stuff you owned. Individual stuff you'd love to own, or stuff you can't get now, even for a price. No trivial stuff.

So basically:

1) The best Rangers stuff you treasure as one your most important keepsakes.

2) The best Rangers stuff you treasured, but lost along the way.

3) And lastly, the best Rangers stuff you'd love to own.

Quite simply the best Gers items, which may, or not be of monetary value, but are priceless to you.

Mine are

1) My ticket stub for the 1973 Cup Final. (It's in a very safe place and not coming out)

2) My Barcelona poster which was gifted to me, then lost along the way.

3) The wee Willie Henderson number 7 plastic key fob from the sixties which is so rare I can't find one. (There are a few photos of the Jimmy Johnstone one if you want to google it.)

1) Won a signed ball from the treble winning team in the 2002/03 season in a Coca Cola competition but I lost the certificate of authenticity which is a bit shit.

2) Ticket stub from my first old firm game at Ibrox. It was the last old firm game at Ibrox (3-2) before we were fucked down the divisions.

3) Can’t think of anything but the Mrs is going to buy me the Gallant Pioneers book for my Christmas so I’ll say that.

I'm puzzled at "Certificate Of Authenticity, is it a legal thing ? Who would provide this Certificate Of Authenticity ?

And if legally required, would the same people not be able to provide a duplicate ?

It was a signed ball from Rangers which I won through a Coca Cola competition. The letter/certificate is to prove it is what it is and not just a ball that I took down the training centre and had signed myself.

So if I tried to sell it as ‘The treble winning team from 2002/03 season’ then someone could just call bullshit as I have nothing to prove that is indeed from that era.

That's a shame, but could you not approach one of the original signators to re-endorse it ?

And any original paperwork associated would endorse it too ?

When me and my family went to Ibrox, to the Argyle Restaurant for my 18th birthday after we had our dinner and were walking out I was talking to the lady at recipation. She said she had 2 posters that she got Mark Warburton and all the first time players to sign and that she was going to give one to her nephew and keep the other for herseld, but instead deicided to give one to me. Was gobsmacked at getting it because ive never had an autographed memorabilia before.

Since then I've always had it hanging in my old bedroom at my mum n dads (think its in my dads mancave now though)

Have a 1969 annual signed by the team and manager up at my mums house. Unfortunately a message on it to my uncle from the person who gave him it which probably kills any value but would never sell it anyway so I guess it doesnt really matter.

Might not sound like much and I know it sounds daft, but my Gran's pal at the bingo worked in hospitality and the was working at the official Rangers 9 in a row party after Tannadice and my Gran got a signed ball off her from all the team.

I wish I took care of it and still had it. I think I left it in my bedroom cupboard, all the signatures got faded and scratched off and I just threw it out.

My Mum and Dad should have really took possession of it and looked after it for me, but they were a pair of irresponsible pricks at times too.

Kick myself especially cos my Gran's long gone too.

I’ve no idea how to go about that sort of thing to be honest.

It would be great to have it but I was only 13 when I won it and I’m planning on giving it to the wee man when he’s old enough to understand that he can’t kick it about out the back garden haha.

Well, you know it's real, and the wee man know's it's real, and for that reason it's worth more than just money. You can never put a real figure on passion, your heritage, and your love for the wee man and that football he's going to inherit. They are all priceless.

Bit of a rubbish one......

3 ticket stubs from tickets left for me at Inverness Caley thistle stadium from *Sone Aluko. (Wee envelope with his name on)

Was meant to be Allan Mcgregor and I gave it the big one to my mates that we had some comps at the ticket office. As the Mrs Dad knows him and plays poker with him.

I strolled up and said 3 tickets left by Mcgregor, we woman said none here - NEXT.

Got ripped as a bullshitting bastard. Had to phone the Mrs to sort it out. Turns out he asked Sone to leave his as he had no more comps.

Saliem Kerkar scored a double..... and Kane hemmings near broke some wee womans hand with a stray shot pre game, smashed her phone all down the stairs.

This Years top signed by Mcgregor for my Son , hanging up in his room.

Signed away Strip - 2006/7 Squad. Gave away to my nephew 5-6 years ago .... wish I had kept it

The message does not "kill" the value, but could even be seem to provide some character and authenticity (which is technically called "provenance") and could enhance it, but in its original condition it probably would have been more desirable.

I’ve got one of watterus gloves ,when he threw it into the crowd on helicopter Sunday😀

Word of caution. If the glove has a tag or authentication note saying "watterus" you may have been the victim of a scam.

I keep all my tickets and got quite a few vintage strips as well. Never had anything signed or considered a rarity. All my stuffs up in Scotland along with some valuable musical instrument stuff, but I have a feeling it’s either been thrown out or sold.

I think all I’ve got down here is a couple of old tickets, a Rangers coin, and a Walter DVD.

Let’s see who can beat that collection
