I'm delighted that he's hinted about making changes for the "bigger picture". His focus this year's feels all about being winners come the end of season. It's was noticeable in his interview after the Galatasaray game that's he's determined to win this year more than ever. I think he feels his team and squad are ready now. I've mentioned it plenty this year about one game at a time and the players & staff have really echoed that message consistently. 1 game at a time! Onto the next one now.
