The reason winning the SPL is so difficult is that it requires an incredible amount of consistency. Any drop in standard and the tarriers are back in the race. We say they have had a poor run but in fact they should be sitting around 7th or 8th on that list.

The sad thing is, we only dropped 2 points to Hibs because the referee allowed an offside goal to stand.  If not for that we would only have dropped 2 points after 20 games.  The league really would be over right now if not for that decision.

It's a good stat but i'm more interested in endings than beginnings. We get no prizes for what we've achieved so far, as good as it is. We need total focus right now to see this through.
