See they have actually written to sky sports about Boyd's comments. Just like that the focus is now on boyd, instead of asking why it's ok for the thumb to throw stuff at a fan(tape I know), while morelos is hounded for a hand gesture.

Boyd also being asked to issue apology to thumb (Evening Times).

Deflection mode in full operation now.

This mob really are something else....they are going after boyd yet we Rangers fans have for well over 18mnths had to listen to the diatribe aimed at Alfredo Morelos on a weekly basis, now on the subject of mental health why the fuck then are they not offended when a man who has plenty of airwave listeners label Alfredo "the screwball at Rangers "

I'm sure everycunt associated with the vermin had a right good chuckle at the fat cunts quip....in reality though it's a cheap shot at Alfredo and in fact mental health in itself...no moral crusade from them when it comes to our very own "wee dirty black orange bastard"

You genuinely couldn't mark their necks with a blow torch

So the aftermath of the tape throwing is:

Mental health card

Calls for pundits being sacked for "slagging him off" (when he never)

Total deflection of the whole incident with Brown claiming they should have had players sent off

A club like no other indeed  Embarrassing.

Clare Whyte has apparently reported that she was impressed by the manner in which the celtc dug out handled the persistent abuse and that the entire celtc dugout was well within its rights to engage in a pile on of the Kilmarnock supporter despite his age, frailty and over the top reaction to a nothing gesture by celtc hero, model parent and all round top celtc player and celtc legend Leigh Griffiths who plays for celtc.

In light of the above there will be no further action and Ms Whyte is quoted as saying "Hail hail mon the sellick"

You got in one mate.

This is a club whose support openly mocked  gazza battles with mental health and whose board played a part in his hall of fame nomination being pulled.  They cared not a bit about his mental health.

Now it's come out there keeper had a bust up with a killie fan. What excuse will they use for this one.

Well done the steward for allowing the celtc player, whoever he is :dunno:, to get his hands on the old guy.

I can’t be doing with this idea that mental health problems are a buzzer you can press which automatically wipes all your previous behaviour and means you can’t be criticised. The guy has been the scumbag’s scumbag his entire life, a disgusting human being. A bit of depression changes absolutely nothing. Fuck him, hope he catches coronavirus.

Do we even know the mental health condition or diagnosis?

Isn't his mental health poor due to his gambling addiction?

No I don’t think we do. It’s a big secret, but we just have to take their word for it and not be mean to him ever again

I dont understand, from someone who had suffered from depression, anxiety and panic attacks why not just say what the mental condition is.

It may increase stress and anxiety on the patient and it may not give some wee junkie dick something to hide behind

Kris Boyd has issued the following statement:

“My brother took his own life because of his mental health issues. The pain and suffering of his suicide still haunts me and my family each and every day, so please don’t accuse me of belittling another man’s mental health issues like I couldn’t care less. Just to be perfectly clear, on Sky Sports on Wednesday other night I mentioned Leigh’s mental STRENGTH in coping with criticism. I wasn’t talking about his mental health. They’re two totally different things. So if anyone genuinely believes I’d have a go at Leigh Griffiths for problems he’s gone through then, I’m sorry, they are wrong.”

Good to see Boyd fighting his corner and setting things straight, too often people get hung out to dry because of things ike this. The misquote becomes the fact and the hordes rush in screaming and wailing.

Then again these cunts would be after Boyd because he was one of us, despite spending the last few years si King the boot in

The fact that needed explanation tells you all you need to know about them.

All this does is actually highlight how fucking useless our board are.

If Bill Leckie writes a column like Morelos about a filth player, then the sun are banned and then they’d have a full page apology from Roger Hannah the next day.

It's a joke that boyd has to defend himself from these complete and utter hypocrites.

I hope he keeps fighting his corner for me he's got nothing to apologise for.

celtic have complained to Sky Sports over Kris Boyd’s remarks about Leigh Griffiths.

SunSport understands the Hoops contacted the broadcaster in writing in the wake of the midweek spat between the pair.

Griffiths pointed at the Rangers and Kilmarnock legend - on duty for Sky at the Rugby Park clash - and put his finger to his mouth after scoring against Kilmarnock.

It followed Boyd’s claim last month that the Scotland international had just four weeks to save his Parkhead career.

The SunSport columnist delivered his response in Sky Sports’ post-match analysis, questioning the number of starts Griffiths has made since the summer of 2016 when Brendan Rodgers took over as boss.

That looks to have irked the Celts hierarchy, who now want answers from telly chiefs.
