In the past week I've seen articles discussing him potentially breaking into the full France squad (never going to be a first choice), Napoli for £30m in January (despite no interest this summer), BBC Scottish Football top story about Dembele's move and how Edouard is "out to make his own mark", Hugh Queefins on Clyde claiming he's better than Morelos and will go for more than Dembele. Heard that and had to laugh (lottery numbers please Hugh), he was actually trying to save the face of a bitter celtic fan trying to have a go at Alex Rae for daring (and reiterating) that Alfredo was a superior goal scorer than Edouard (of which there is no doubt that he is) . No doubt their friends in MSM are looking at the Tierney tactic of bigging up his status and value as as per the start of the season ‘he wants away’.
