Don't think we have to do anything at the moment. The authorities have lost all credibility. Nobody believes a word they say,

Once we clinch the title they will collapse from within. That's the time to call for root and branch reform.

Agreed. Events around us winning 55 will likely force mistakes from the cabal. I refuse to believe they will tolerate us willing it and zapping 10iaR. They will try soimething underhand. Lets just be sure to catch them, make sure the dirt sticks and then use that. I suspect the worm will turn esp when we are seen as a force again.

Who heard the appeal?

What was their original punishment?

Who has fucked up?

What happens now?

I'm honestly in the dark

St Mirren Football Club is delighted at the Decision of the Judicial Panel at the Appeal Hearing. The Club thanks the Panel for their review of the case and their determination that the sanctions handed out by the SPFL Tribunal was excessive and inappropriate.

The decision of the Appeal hearing that the matches be rearranged is a victory for common sense and the reduction of the fine from £40,000 suspended to £20,000 with £10,000 suspended is acknowledged by the Club.

The challenges facing everyone throughout this difficult time have never been underestimated by the Club and, the Club recognises that it will always strive to do its utmost to protect its players, staff and as soon as is safe, its loyal supporters.

The Club wishes to thank all of the supporters of St Mirren for their unwavering loyalty and dedication to the team and the Club as we navigated through this process. The messages of support have encouraged the Club to stand fast and fight against the injustice that was placed upon the Club.

We would also like to thank the supporters and clubs from around the world who have shown solidarity with ourselves during this time.

We hope that as we progress through this difficult time, no other Club faces the trials and tribulations that St Mirren and Kilmarnock FC have gone through and instead a common sense and supportive approach is taken by governing bodies to support members in unprecedented times.

We would finally like to thank our legal team of Addleshaw Goddard and Robert Milligan QC for their professionalism, advice and support throughout this process.

The Club will update supporters further in due course and we look forward to finishing the season with success on the pitch.

Basically the SPFL were far too heavy handed. Games will not be forfeited. Their fines were basically quartered. Big win for both clubs and a stark warning shot for the SPFL, their time is almost up.

Of course they won their appeals. If not, they would have to penalize the scum for the many broken protocols in Dubai and we all know that will never happen.

The spfl are a shambles.

Tarriers will be fined the same amount now. SPFL not fit for purpose any longer.

Celtic haven't failed to fulfil their fixtures over it though so they were never getting points docked like Killie and St Mirren.

I never mentioned point deduction. Should we just turn a blind eye to them not wearing mask and not social distancing?

Tell that to Edmundson & Jones & the Aberdeen 8.

But the appeal was mainly over the forfeit and the point deduction. Kilmarnock and St Mirren have still been punished, they each have a £10k fine with £10k suspended and the SFA are investigating Celtic over breaches so your post doesn't make any sense.

I'll get back to you in a couple of days (or a couple of years) when I hear the outcome of the so called Dubai investigation.

They still got fined mate.  Just reduced. The spfl is a fucking witches brew set of cunts. Hubble bubble toil and trouble. Absolute shambles.

Yes they got fined and should've been fined an adequate amount like they have done now. Forcing them to forfeit was a joke.

Correct, but can’t stop thinking this is for the benefit of the taigs. Would lessen any punishment that might come their way. Fucking scum the lot of them.

Lawwells buddies (SPFL) didn't reduce the punishment so wasn't for tarrier benefit.

I actually think the cabal is on the back foot now. If we have clubs saying they were muted then that will be the warning sign to even the most cowardly chairman. They will know that as things are they have zero control over their own future and are liable to be sacrificed by SPFL to protect the taigs. Get 55 then strike Rangers.

Clubs were muted on the zoom meeting. They typed into the chat box asking not to be muted but were told all questions had to be in by email before the meeting and no questions were allowed to be asked over the meeting.

Beyond a fucking joke of an organisation.
