I think every single person who watches the news knew, just seeing what was happening in Europe and the South East of England, then looking at our own figures that lock down was imminent. I really don't think you needed to be particularly smart to understand that it was very likely to happen. 

It's like going up a mountain when heavy snow is forecast as a possibility..... then complaining about everyone calling you an idiot when you need rescued as you couldn't see it coming as the long range forecast said it was fine.

I cancelled my holiday for the 3rd of January to Tenerife three weeks earlier as a blind man could see lockdown was coming. The trouble with the scum is their arrogance lets them think they are above any governing rules and the law, but hopefully all their rule breaking and historical crimes eventually brings the horrible Bastards down.

The bit that gets me with that is as I said in the original post

IF the government/test & trace or whoever it was upped the 2m rule to 3 or even 4m (they're not quite sure what to go with) for their trip there will have been reasons for it, likely because they spent 7 hours on a fucking flight around the world next to a covid positive case.

The fact they did that though has ended up proving spot on as somebody else tested positive as a result of Julien & has meant they didnt have to get involved in the forfeit games argument, didn't have covid spread through their full squad & can continue training/playing.

They don't see that though...it's an anti catholic/anti Irish/anti celtic/anti Lennon (there's probably more to add to the list) conspiracy....
