Utterly bizarre that they can declare someone has tested positive and then refuse to reveal who it is. I just assume whoever’s not in the match day squad either have it or is isolating. Livi hit the bar at the weekend so if that counts as "on target" then yes he didn't make any saves against them, in the 2 games. However he did make saves against Hibs. Oh, but he didn't make any saves against us or celtic at the start of the year. He didnt play against hibs or livi at weekend he was isolating DW1872 and TamCoopz like this
Popular Post keithgersbear 2,748
Lawell needs Lennon to see this out because he knows he won't avoid backlash against him but also knows that Lennon will recieve most of it. By sacking him he opens himself up to being the number one target. Also why should Lennon resign? If it's true he would recieve 1.2 million that is practically his retirement fund. He will never work again in management and move into punditry in England or Scotland. TV or radio. J-Maestro, BridgeIsBlue, HG5 and 3 others like this

The tims seem to be of the opinion he can go at the end of the season without a pay off. Usually rolling contracts only last till a certain date, with him having another year once it passes that date if not informed otherwise. It's almost like a permanent year option on the contract. Tbh if anyone was in his position with that amount of money on the table I doubt they would walk away. Most resignations in football involve some sort of payout or they've got another job lined up. magic8ball likes this

Wants him to resign/find another job, but if not then happy to just run down his contract, announcing a new manager for the next season at the time of season ticket renewal. Would clearly be a scapegoat appointment and it seems like celtic and their fans want a total rebuild with no idea of what money is being made available. Unless desmond produces a pot of gold they are downsizing. If he does produce a pot of gold lennon could probably ask why it wasn't available to him. They have spent big money while penny pinching on players he wanted like re-signing gordon or mcginn whilst arrogantly believing he'd never dream of signing for another club. stolen from a leprechaun at the end of finians rainbow

Cant see any potential points dropped tbh, maybe killie start of Feb or visit to st mirren. Outwith that there is two aberdeen fixtures back to back so maybe there. Think they play Hamilton and St Mirren at home next and most would expect them to win. So they will be world beaters again !
