Hasn't managed in Europe, no clue of the market, no director of football, more than likely will be left with a minimal squad to work with once the clear out is over, they don't have the money required for the rebuild that they need, has no clue what Scottish football is like, already cracked under pressure. 

In simple terms, they're fucked and he'll be gone by Halloween at the earliest.

He probably seems like a hard nosed cunt, could probably deal with a wee bit of pressure but I’m struggling to remember a manager since Advocaat who had success here who wasn’t involved in the British game at least. 
 

He’ll also have about 12 players to work with and will need 8 in at least. Not a chance they’ll all work as we’ve seen in the past. This is a 2-3 year building process for them and he’s never getting that time.

This. Its not easy building a team. Especially one that is all out attack AND successful over a season. It requires a lot of cash and the right players. They are rarely cheap. Disaster written all over it.

Amen. Our proper rebuild began with Gerrard. Even with a quality backroom staff it took us 3 years. He also learnt in his first year that pretty attacking football wasnt gonna work. He had to change and came up with the answer. Stavros, by all accounts, is stubborn and doesnt compromise as far as philosophy is concerned. This will be his downfall.

Yep it also takes time. It took us 5 windows to put together the sqaud that won 55. 

Deluded taigs think they'll do this in 1 window. I doubt they'll have money to spend and even if they did, not a chance in hell every signing they make works out. Look at thier best window last summer 🤣🤣🤣
