Doubt it tbh.

Ajer fee has practically covered all their spending.

I'm not convinced he will actually be sold tbh, but if he does they will sign at least two players imo.

At least if they do sell him then one of those will be a striker surely? The longer the leave that defence untouched the better for us in the long term!

Rubin and Bordeaux bid £15m apparently, meaning they'd get around £12-13m that I'd assume would fund 1 or 2 more.

Can't see them turning it down, they'll maybe hold out for a little more but he's definitely gone before the window closes.

for the transfer to go through, the player has to agree to the move. I really can't see Edouard going to Kazan.

If they sell Eddie, they will definitely bring a new striker in. Otherwise they would have to live with the Jap for the whole season, which is impossible. The lack of squad depth is still going to cause them.

Sky says they are looking at a Greek striker currently with Venlo for 2.5m.   Who knows if it is true, but they would certainly need to bring one in.  The Japanese lad isn’t all that to be honest, so they lack depth in their squad for sure.

I can't see him going anywhere, he's gonna run his contract down and I don't believe for 1 minute they've had bids of £15M for him, just as I don't belive they got anywhere near the money being banded around for ajer.

The top scorer from Holland last year is apparently signing for them.

Strange one that. 26 goals for a club that got relegated sounds very good. On the other hand though, he's nearly 27 and has scored double digits in a season only one other time and that was 11.

At AEK he scored 1 in 30 so could have been a freak season. Hopefully we see similar stats here

The scum forked out 9 million, that's not irrelevant, it's their club record ffs 🤦

Was £6.7m but the fenian media made it out to be £9m and that figure has became fact somehow.  Tell a lie often enough…….

The thumb going to Dundee on loan? Best thing Dundee ever did was lose that email in their spam box.........

I'm sure celtic consultant and Dundee technical director Gordon Strachan has had no influence over that proposed move :craphead:

Problem is, if they spend what they take in, then they will run at a pretty major loss (same as we are currently projecting)

Wonder if both us and them are going one last throw for auto CL group stages,

On another note, their B team game against edinburgh uni was apparently cancelled due to covid in the tarrier team, a poster on here who frequents twitter more now put it up and another twitter user confirmed it,

Can see it running rife in football to the point they either give up caring about it or stop football again (vaccine uptake dependant of course)

I’ll be gutted if we show them any ounce of respect on Sunday. We’re the champions and unbeaten in 6 against them. We’ve absolutely done them all over the park in the majority of those games as well.

If we go at them right from the off like the 4-1 game it could be a similar outcome. If we sit off them, I don’t think the crowd will allow it. No chance should we be looking to contain their attack, they should be backed against a wall with our front 3

Agree, I think their playbook consists of going for it from the start which the calibre of team they have faced have been generally unable to deal with. I think it’s imperative that our tempo is high from second 1 and force them in to an uncomfortable defensive response thereafter. I’m actually pretty relaxed about tomorrow, think we’ll see them off…

Was just sent both these screenshots, fuckers must be running out of space under the carpet at the piggery

Wasn't there chat that the reason McArthur/McCarthy or whatever his name is didn't travel to Holland was he was positive for Covid?
