Death by Dangerous Driving is categorised in three Levels, Level one being the worst which could include drink /drugs being involved. Drink Drivers who kill should definitely be done with Culpable Homicide and look at a minimum 7 or 8 years as opposed to 2-4 minimum for Death by Dangerous Driving.
