The elbow incident I don't think I'd one of the worst ones he has done and was more of a blocking off. He does it all the time and gets away with it. It's maybe a booking but I don't think serious enough to warrant a suspension this time. 

The offside is a clear and fairly obvious offside and the linesman has questions to answer there, as he does with the penalty. It's a dive and Ajeti should be sanctioned for it. It's a fairly obvious one again and the linesman should have been keeping his flag down. 

Keeper comes out but pulls back. I don't think it's a case of he has given the referee a decision to make, as there's no contact there at all.

He gets away with them with impunity. The last one was atrocious. We are certainly retrospectively punished to a very different standard and the trial by media we endure is disgraceful. 

Then again, very little outcry when Brown does it, and if it is highlighted, usually glossed over.

100% if Morelos dives like Ajeti last night, it's all over the headlines and he's probably getting a ban.

The guy is a bad referee,end of .Makes poor calls consistently and the higher profile the match the more poor calls he makes .He just doesn’t have the bottle to be a top red add in the fact he’s not very good he should stick to the day job .

It’s something he has got away with for years and gets lauded as king of the wind ups .He isn’t the only tarrier to have “immunity “from elbowing in recent history .

Going onto trial by media .This is the serious flaw in this current system .Take the tarriers out of the equation for a minute .How can a disciplinary system be fair to all clubs when you have an incident where Jock McTavish from Ross Co elbows a player from St Johnstone in a game that’s not on live TV ,Few folk see it ,especially today when there are no fans in grounds .Then you have last weeks game against Hibs ,2 similar incidents ,THE COMMENTARY calls for a retrospective red card and shows multiple replays on the incident and doesn’t show the same level of concern on the other .Basically you have Andy Walker deciding wether it should be punished .He’s an ex footballer with a big fenian gob ,he isn’t a qualified referee .

Major flaw indeed and the very fact that some games aren't televised gives an immediate disparity.

As You say, the drive is controlled more often than not by the outcry by commentators. Wholly unprofessional. There will be much worse incidents not punished to the same extent because they aren't reaching the same audience. 

Thinking about it, they should probably scrap the compliance officer system as it cannot be fairly administered, and even in fairly obvious incidents (Edouard, Brown previously, Dundee United player on a St.Mirren player, Lennon's rant), they are conspicuous by their absence.

If they didn't look at it you would be saying it's a conspiracy, now they are looking at it it's an even bigger conspiracy.
