The burden of proof for gross misconduct in employment law terms is a million miles away from the demands of a criminal prosecution.

Most employers would consider grooming a teenager online as gross misconduct and would be confident they would be clear to do so.

I took this article a different way. I thought it was a plant by celtic to be honest. Showing the hoards that Desmond is getting more involved when in fact he'll be doing fuck all. But that's just my take.
