(no slow down of stream or stuttering at all - No Commentary issues either.) Even-Though i still agree that the Single Sign-On and Rangers TV upgrades could of waited till after this season . They could of handled the process more smoothly Single Sign-on Process, Basically they could of staggered the account migration over a few days, they could of set up all the accounts themselves and then sent out confirmation links stating what the plan was and to activate. Rather than expecting the user to-do that aspect themselves. then once they had handled all the current active users in the database and made sure everyone was active, Then could of announced a live test stream 1 of a documentary to test the new platform at a certain time of evening for all the users in the database. then iron-out any issues from that test stream, then open up the Single sign on process for users not already in the database make sure they are active and working fine, then announce test stream 2 for both new sign-ups and users from the last stream. iron out any issues and then hopefully ready to go wide-scale. They would also during these times have a staggered live stream from the app over a period of time too. Basically they could of staggered the whole process over a period of time to make it more smoother, rather than what was achieved. But they have to deal with the issues now, the best way they can! Sorry about the issues everyone else experienced, i am sure Rangers TV and Stream AMG will learn from this and make the appropriate Changes and Fixes going forward.
