This really does require highlighted and looked into at a high level. I was properly sickened to learn on here last night that Welsh had named his band 'stairway 13'. Vile reptile of a guy.

Hibs should not get away with a quiet apology. 
 

A full public apology should be made to Morelos and Rangers, also utterly condemning the comments by Welsh; issuing him a ban from both appearing on Hibs TV and attending Easter Road again and declaring the incident to the authorities is the only acceptable course of action

Yes Hivs need to ban him plus if he did say both things, Police Scotland need involved.

Hibs will have deleted all footage by now. Hopefully someone recorded it.

The comments about Morelos are stick n stones category, naming his band Stairway 13 is fucking disgraceful.
