I said it earlier but Rangers absolutely NEED to call out the authorities and have them explain, publicly, how the Notice of Complaint process works in terms of who can lodge a complaint and how it’s done as they seem to happen very speedily and easily when it's Rangers and specifically, Morelos. Regardless of opinions whether it was red or not the facts are The referee SAW it all.... was totally unobstructed and about 15 -18 yards away The referee made a decision on what he saw Now the CO is saying that the ref saw something, but didnt make the decision that should have been made (in their opinion). Next it will be....that throw-in shouldnt have been given that led to a goal, the corner wasnt a corner.....
