First press conference made me feel better, he spoke with conviction, intelligence and confidence, not bullshit. Brought in the right background staff and we've seen a sea change in terms of standards across the football club. Has dealt with the media easily from day one. Has improved players. Has shown all the hallmarks of greatness in his leadership skills. Deserves every accolade that will come his way - forever a hero in my eyes now.
