You could make a sound arguement its a red but for fuck sake the compliance officer is just so random. Why have they just started popping up now looking at cases? There has been multiple incidents that couldve been citied. Luckily we have itten and Defoe still and we seem to be firing from all over the park. But it could effect the overall balance of the team and how we strech teams and pull defences.

Absolutely brutal the process after all this:

St Johnstone manager says no malice

Referee sees the incident and takes action.

Can clearly see Roofe is trying to protect the ball.

Whipped up media report Davidson is out of cup final due to the “tackle” yet it’s his other knee that’s the actual injury.

Could see it coming a mile away after they charged Ajeti for diving pathetic cunts

Inevitable if true given the totally broken disciplinary process.

We are moving towards re-refereeing games which is a joke. I don’t think anyone disputes it was a dangerous tackle that he could easily have been sent off for. But the referee saw it and booked him as deemed appropriate. The application of the process is mental.

Where do we stop with re-refereeing matches? Chop of celtic’s penalty due to the dive, chop off edouard’s off side goal, give them a 1-1 result....

The whole thing is stupid. Referees are also undermined by the process. There needs to be a root and branch review over the process and how it is applied. Hopefully once the league comes home we will be in a stronger position to push for change.

Referees in this country are fucking atrocious, but the compliance/compliant system is in a different league of shit busting.

They just pull charges out their arse.

Where was the compliance officer when snus hiddink was ranting and raving about lizards ruling the world and covid being a hoax?

The club should have footage of every shocking challenge that goes unpunished against us  ( and there’s fucking plenty )  and drop it on the SFA’s desk. Was it a red ? probably but had it been one of their players challenging Roofe we’d have heard fuck all else about it

Fucking shocking

I don’t mind the likes of the Dundee Utd boy’s challenge on Morelos receiving no further punishment at the time but only if the same compliance officer etc don’t then come out with nonsense like Roofe now & last week’s.

This re-refereeing of games is a joke.
