It is negligent on the Scottish Government to let a number of SCOTTISH CITIZENS run around Glasgow when they had prior intelligence of it happening and then attempt to shift blame for that onto a football club.

It's not Rangers fault it happened, not even in the slightest.

A few weeks ago, when people were kicking about on frozen rivers, was each person questioned and defined by the football team they support.... were they fuck.

Let's be honest. We shouldn't have done it, we know we shouldn't have done it, but we did it and we'll just need to be big enough to take the flak for a few days.

Exactly.

Suck it the fuck up and move on.

Once again - fuck them. Try as they might they can't shift any blame onto the club. People have had enough of this lockdown pish, more so when they allowed BLM protests etc. when no vaccine was in sight.

The proven liars, cheats, thieves and general dishonest individuals who call themselves Scottish Government want to dictate the rights and wrongs to everybody else? Nah they can fuck right off. I'll take no lessons, to use her own phrase

You mean to tell me the SNP and their supporters are hypocritical cunts who can't look at themselves in the mirror and realise their failures as a government have, in a big way, led to this?

Joke of a "government".

Exactly. The whole “Party at George Square” has been known about for weeks now and yet there was absolutely no attempt by the police to turn people away when they started arriving and prevent the gathering escalating to the level it did.

It’s the holier than thou my cause is better than your cause that gets me.

large gatherings are currently illegal and a virus doesn’t care if you are protesting, celebrating a league title or whatever. Being in a crowd is the same regardless of the reason for the crowd.

Although it would be good if there were data to see if there we large spikes after any protests, days at the beach etc from last summer.

it’s yet another example of the government and middle classes looking down on football fans and football fans being too tribal to stick together to fight back so it happens again and again.

I don't know if already been said, but I hope the fan groups could come together and cover the cost of the damaged benches, they have personal meaning to some people.

Overall it was a brilliant day and there's unfortunately always going to be a small minority have to bring mindless destruction....and in some cases wanking.

The amount of shite that was left behind is pretty poor imo

It's just another stick to hit us with.

Was there outrage at the mess after every single new year's bash at George Square? The mess after the other protests that were allowed this past year?

Oh well, the media full of hatred this fine morning on our celebrations. No surprises there then. .

It is the media fuelling all this SG shite, though Humza doesn't need any coaching in that dept.

Of course the SG has to condemn it ffs. We are in the middle of a pandemic after all.

The SG will be doing fuck all about it. After all WTF can they do? Plod can fine all the private individuals they want, just like the rest of the population for breaking rules. Can't get excited.

The media being what they are and need to get hits and sell print.

So, all better ignored and we savour the moment and fuck the lot of them.

Another stick to hit us with by the same councillors who have cut refuse collections across the city

Thousands of people ignoring legislation regarding restrictions during a lockdown, can't really be surprised that the government and media are making an issue of it.

It’s not an issue when others do it tho.

We are well used to the hypocrisy of our haters. Just let it slide and savour the moment.

Remember that we also have other parties to prepare for ie the EL, the SC and uplifting the league trophy at the end of the season.

So no let us not be distracted nor sullied and our spirits dampened by the haters. That ended with taking that title. We have much preparation to be getting on with, so let's go!

Fuck them.
