Don't think the police had any choice, what do you want them to do - kettle the fans in and issue fixed penalties?? They had to appease and control the crowd.

See tbf, they were already complaining about the amount of penalties we were getting.

Damned if you do and all that

Plenty on here that spout that schools are not drivers of infection, ridiculous of course. It's almost inevitable that the R will go up, and quite coincidentally falls in the same timeframe of the celebration.

Everyone is sick of the lockdown, myself included. My heads fucked with it, and I'm sick of listening to that wee cow and the rest of them.

Aslong as the most vulnerable have been vaacinated then the rest should be allowed to try and resume some quality of life. It's a fucking joke getting.

Between the Scottish government & the polis it seems the best form of defence is attack.
And who better than to take aim at than Rangers ?

The tone from swinney & that polis acc is verging on provocative & personal.

I was reading a few days before all this broke that the Scottish and Irish matches in Euro 2020 could be pulled, not because of this shite, but because both national governments could not guarantee fans being allowed to attend.

That will be the next thing they play on, to further deride and divide! To announce that Scotland will not host any matches due to this.

There wasn't any organised celebration arranged that the police knew of, and Rangers. It all seemed to happen pretty quickly on Saturday morning - it mushroomed due to social media on the morning and took off.

Maxwell could even come under pressure to make an example of Rangers by throwing the disciplinary book at them ahead of the derby showdown at Parkhead a week on Sunday.

HAHAHAHAHA

You wish you massive fanny.

Oh this title has scarred them for life. Good.

A fucking swamp that needs drained.

I forgot the club has control over every individual supporter and can tell them where they can and can’t go. It amazes me how Jackson’s made a career out of writing shite.

It's because of the cunts who pay him for it.

It's been mission defend the schools since August. 3 weeks after they went back cases spiked and it was blamed on people getting pished when bars were following rules pretty well. So the alcohol rules got tightened. It exactly why everything else is still closed and the school are going back - they are solely as bad as he sum of everything else (not for a second suggesting that's not how it should be) They'll do anything to shift attention away from the schools and they better not delay things, citing us as the reason to cover up their big fucking lie.

Imo, the current plan is School opened = hospitality closed, as it has been since March 2020. The furlough extension to October is a marker.

The polis must be even thicker than I even thought. Pretty sure I seen a post on here days prior where the Union bears had something arranged for the Saturday.
