The McGregor Save

Recommended Posts

I still don't think it's his best save this season, it was world class though.

We need to be planning for when he retires because Shagger has won us some amount of points this season. Every successful Rangers team has had a brilliant goalkeeper, McCloy, Woods, Goram, Klos etc. McGregor is up there with all of them, maybe the best?

edit: when i'm watching the replays from videos below I think it is the best save he's ever made

Put the nostalgia to the side and McGregor is now ahead of Goram as the best keeper we have ever had.

I also said this just a few weeks ago, albeit not on here.

It was meant for the young uns. No auld cunts like me😀

A save that is so iconic that everybody should have seen, old or young. Although saying that I was talking to a boy the other day who told me that he had found this amazing old player on YouTube called Bergkamp and that made me, at 32, feel like an old cunt

It was incredible.

When he won the header I'd resided myself to a last minute loss.

To save it was world class. To grasp it was something other worldly.

All done nursing a come down!

AM take a bow.

Deserves it’s own thread because I’m not exaggerating when I say that’s one of the best saves I’ve ever seen. Up there with the one he did away at Bremen. It’s kicked off the surface and there’s venom in it. Unbelievable keeper, saves like that win you leagues and hopefully on this occasion, European ties.

Incredible save. :UK:
