They could start by having a signal added to the rules to indicate that a player has been abused, the ref could then put it in his match notes for the authorities to deal with. Rules need to be added to the rule book on punishments for racism. The football authorities need to come to an agreement with Social media on how they can improve monitoring and bans for abuse given on football players accounts.(it has to start somewhere) Quote Link to post Share on other sites
