Jack has been injury prone. If sending him to a specialist and getting to the route of the problem provides a solution then I am all for it. Doesn't matter if he misses the rest of this season if the issue can be finally resolved. Otherwise it's an expensive replacement required.

We are much weaker in midfield when he doesn't play. I think a lot of the work he does goes unnoticed. Does a lot of the dirty side of the game that people don't notice until he's out of the side. Sometimes in games you need someone to keep it simple and recycle possession and I think he's great at that.

Such a shame he has injury issues and has missed so many games for us. Can't see Gerrard giving up on his man just yet so hopefully this specialist can shine some light on his problem injury.

I'd be delighted if he doesn't go play for the bigot jakey and the SFA XI and instead gets himself 100% fit for pre-season.

Your view here is a selfish as fuck one.

Playing for his country seems to mean a lot to Jack and he's forced himself into being a key player for them when fit. The Euros will probably be a once if a career experience for him as they don't look likely to be qualifying for the world cup.

I'll be gutted for him if he misses out, I couldn't give a fuck about Clarke or the SFA and wish him/them nothing but abject failure.

He does the dirty work and a lot more than that, I think he is a very class player, talented and has some power in his shot. That goal against Kilmarnock was pure class.

I still hope he will get some fitness and  stay in form, vital player for us in the middle of the park.

I don't care tbh.

If he gets fully over this problem in the next few weeks and then traipses off to play for the tartan trannies potentially risking a new injury or a reoccurrence of the old one and at best doesn't get a full pre season then that's selfish as fuck imho.  Especially after the amount of the season he's missed.

Walter has a good quote about putting yourself second to Rangers, and that being the only time second is good enough for you.

Champions League qualification is far more important.

Great player when fit but at 29 this is a huge year for him if he wants to be with us long-term in my opinion

Think he’ll finish his career here. If he’s fit we’ll want to keep him, and if he’s not no one else will want him.
