'Assault' is one of the most hilarious things I've ever read. UEFA are a bunch of cunts.

It feels like they are assessing the ban based on the injury incurred rather than the actual offence.   Yes it was a horrendous accident, but it was an accident and there are plenty of examp

So Roofe banned for 4 games and Rangers fined while we still await a decision on Kudela. Fucking priorities eh?

wasnt there meant to be cameras in the tunnel? not only that, there was video footage of kuedela leaving the ground absolutely fine. so prove this "assault" then.

It’s for the high boot on the keeper...

He was red carded which resulted in us losing the tie. We can't get more punished than that. Four more games is excessive.

At least Kamara is free for his retaliatory role and a club fine instead.

I've got a feeling they are going to stick the boots into Kudela momentarily.

Yes it was a horrendous accident, but it was an accident and there are plenty of examples of far more premeditated and malicious tackles that could have been far worse but luckily the player managed to avoid the full brunt of the impact.

Correct, the ball was there to be won and Roofe wouldn’t have seen the keeper till it was too late .He was looking over his shoulder at the ball coming through .

The most unlucky stonewall straight red Iv seen .

Maybe he’s been hammered because of what’s to come to the racist .But more than likely UEFA being cunts .

The first leg was far dirtier in their behalf ,But because the ref didn’t throw cards about it’s all under the carpet .

Just wondering if the yellow Goldson received for going after the racist tipped us over the threshold to receive the fine .

UEFA seem to make it up as they go along.

It was a poor challenge, deserved the red card - but absolutely accidental and his eyes never came off the ball - it was a ball that was there to win and if the timing is slightly different it isn't even a foul. Although leading with the foot was always risky and a poor decision, but it is easy to say when you've some time to think and see 5 different angles. If Roofe led with his head, we likely get a penalty and it's the keeper getting yellow carded.

I expect from now on any poor challenge that leads to an injury where a player has to leave the park being treated the same. Is there a precedent for extended ban, say example a player leads with his elbow and bursts another players head open, or breaks his nose, etc - fundamentally the same thing.
