I know someone has already posted that they’ve cancelled their order because of the time delay. If it was anything other than Rangers I’d have done the same and told them to gtf. Like you say tho, it’s bad form and isn’t really acceptable.

Got a tenner back but still no timeframe when they are coming. Ordered 200 quids worth of stuff since March and had fuck all.

Yeah it was me. Son has gk top, home strip , 3rd kit top but for a company to promise delivery of the 55 top in time for trophy day and still to be waiting 3 months after order is unacceptable.

Wasn’t an easy decision to cancel but as others have stated , would probably have next seasons top before 55 top.

How come you’ve not had 20% off? That’s what’s off my bill for two tops.

Me and my son ordered our tops separately.
He didn't think to mention, so two lots of P&P.
But, we ended up with two 10% Castore vouchers.
We won't be buying anything else any time soon.
So if anyone could use a voucher, send me a PM.
And I'll scan/send it over.

Haven't had any correspondence since ordering 2 tops on the 8 March. So I emailed the concierge address on Wednesday asking for an update. Email reply states order left the warehouse with a link to track. Fine, at least that's something. I clicked the link and the message, is we are expecting delivery from supplier:headwall: 

I will check periodically this coming week. Thing is oldest son ordered his a few days before me in the first batch, his just turned up without any notification, that was a few weeks ago.

Got an email saying my shipment is being prepared and shipped and have a Hermes tracking number too, hopefully you and everyone else have yours soon.

Got my two on Wednesday, mate.

Got the email with Hermes tracking, had a look at it and it said was out for delivery that day. Got them a couple of hours later.
