Popular Post Jimfanciesthedude 24,540
A 4-1 trouncing of the tarriers, roofe gets a fantastic double, morelos terrorises them, megs brown for his goal, kent ripping them apart all game, davis strutting about with a big fat cuban cigar in his gub, defoe sending Walsh down paisley road west for the 4th But one man again arguably the turning point in the game was shaggers save right before we took the lead, once again the game finely balanced and he keeps us level, giving us the platform to go on and scud them, For me he is the POTY, all season he has produced stuff like today, might only be one save in a game, but its usually important and gives us confidence to go on and win games Bluekev, shandy, BouncyBluenose87 and 18 others

JackAlex93 11,245
That save he made at 0-0 cannot be underestimated. Shagger just keeps on producing the goods. AlbertzLoyalRSC, Bluekev, shandy and 1 other

McEwan's Lager 30,519
I know he missed the first couple of games of the season where we had important wins like Aberdeen away but for me he's POTY. He is the platform the team is built upon and has bailed us out so many times at crucial moments. Another big save today that the rest of the team could go and build on. theredhandofNewcastle

Zander1 180
Never EVER thought I'd say this about anyone...but he surpasses Goram for me now. Best Rangers goalie ever imo. Malkytfp1

Not quite IMHO, anyone who witnessed Goram one particular night at The Piggery will have no doubts as to the best ever to wear the No.1. Shagger is brilliant but The Goalie was sublime. The Ibrox Derry 8,904
Both World Class Keepers. Both Rangers Legends. I don't want to choose one over the other, as it would be disrespectful. Both World class in their respective era's for the Club. Iam away to pick the skelfs out my arse 🤣🤣🤣 Jamie0202, BridgeIsBlue and TopCat

Shagger is brilliant but The Goalie was sublime. I was torn with this question all season mate. That particular game at the piggery may be on of the best individual performances from a Rangers keeper I've ever seen but I just think McGregor has done it so consistently domestically and on the continent. Its so tight and maybe easier to think McGregor cause he is more recent.

Goram still No.1 though, just. Malkytfp1
Drunk and disorderly. 14,418
The Elyounoussi shot was a cracker. Hit the woodwork and I I thought.... dodged a bullet there. Phew! Watching the replay Shagger clearly got a hand to it. What a save! So fast I didn't see catch it in real time. Amazing! Jamie0202

I still dont know how he manages to reach some of his saves, and his reactions, he's the same age as me, acting like that and i canny even catch the remote when its sliding off the couch 😂 Jamie0202
