No chance. Unbeaten in the league and winning it by a barrow load, there can only be one contender.

No chance 😂

If St. Johnstone do the double he's a cert for it mate

Put it this way.. if they had won the league no doubt who woulda been manager of the year!!

Has to be Gerrard!

Gerrards job was on the line from the 1st day of the season.... these other "contenders" had next to no pressure n woulda been successful with a 8th place finish..

Gerrard has ended Lennon, Kennedy, Lawwell, Brown's celtic careers that won't sit well with whoever is voting.

The only other argument is Davidson at St johnstone mate

If he wins both it is very good achievement and will give the haters the chance to vote for him,  but I still think Stevie G should get it with the way we have performed and won the league and the EUROPA this season.

I can see arguments for all but Clarke, but if Davidson finishes top 6 and wins two cups it has to be him for me.

Otherwise it's Gerrard all day long.

They've always been eligible for the SFWA award. Andy Roxburgh win it in 1990 iirc

since when did international managers get added to this shit? did craig brown getting added when he got us into the euro 96 or world cup 98? without a question gerrrard should be getting it for the way we've gone about our business in the league and once again getting to the last 16 of the EL and building up that co efficient, as for the scottish cup and league cup yeah we've made a right arse of that however win the next couple of games and yeah he should get manager of the year.

Davidson should get moty if he gets the double though, what an incredible season he's had when it comes to getting them up the league and already winning silverware early on in the season.

Normally I'd agree with you but this is Scotland remember .

Remember Walter won us two cups , got to a Europa Cup final and lost the league on the final day .

And who did the PFA give the Manager of the Year award to . . . . Billy Reid . Go figure

If St Johnstone win the double Davidson will be the rightful winner.

Davidson is a decent shout for it even without winning the double. He’s won them a cup and got them on route to a double by knocking the league champions out of the Scottish

Top six finish too. He’s done an incredible job there tbh.

There is no comparison as to which is the more difficult to win. Then add to our success in Europe, that also gives the scum a boost.

It's like saying Davidson is a better manager than Gerrard and there is only one answer to that.
