Popular Post ianb1547 3,767
I have seen a number of posts, in different threads, about those who have not been here to see our success in 2021... for a variety of reasons. My own brother died from cancer shortly after 2012...and he would have loved our rise back to where we belong. (I did take his ashes into into Ibrox, and he would have loved to know he got in for nothing!!!) This thread is simply meant as a way for all our fans to give a mention to those loved ones who are singing in Heaven tonight... probably to The Sash, or Hello...Hello. Please feel free to mention your loved one(s). Once a Ranger....always a Ranger. Thoughts with you all. Popular Post LegendofCoop 17,273
This is another reason I'm so proud that we have done this. Not just for the memory of those who didn't get to see us make it back, but for the memory of the 66 in the 50th anniversary year. This one is for you all. To absent friends. Forever in our thoughts! Popular Post GOAT 30,449
Lost my da on the 17th September last year just a month and a half after we were told he had cancer only 56 years old. Absolutely gutted he wasn’t here to see us lift the league after the last 10 years. Had to sit down and had when we were lifting the trophy a wee tear in my eye cos he wasn’t here and because we were lifting the trophy. anyway, love and miss you old yin, thanks for making me a rangers supporter. 💙💙💙 surfsup2, dougie76, will2203 and 15 others
Popular Post MaddistonKnight 1,567
My big mate Gordon. Died of cancer in his mid-50s just after we started the first season in the Championship. Came from Dumfries, could fair bevy and had more mates than you could imagine. I have never seen so many people at a funeral in my life. A good cunt. He'd have loved this season.
