*****Official 21/22 CL Qualifying Thread*****

Both teams happy to go with a packed defense when out of possession. Both teams have many players who look as if they have been shot after a tackle. Both are well drilled but lack quality.

Whichever we face I reckon we will win home and away.

Areas of strength from Malmö?

The striker Colak on loan from POAK is the one player we would need to keep an eye on, their number 19 who came on as a sub on the left wing looked okay in a short spell. Outside that average mate. Helsinki could easily have scored 2/3 goals and they have little quality. Malmo don't look strong defensively and Helsinki had a lot of possession.

I would expect us to dominate the ball in both legs unless we decided to sit back due to it being early in our season.

It’s not about Malmo or Helsinki tbh, it’s how prepared we’re going to be for the game.

Kamara, Roofe and Balogun suspended,  Sakala, Helander, Morelos and Barasic not kicked a ball yet and Kent only 45 minutes under his belt.

Davis and Lundstram only two midfielders with Arfield and even Aribo with injury issues.

We are behind in preparation compared to last pre season when we were beating Lyon & Nice. Euros, Copa and injuries have all played a factor and having today's game postponed doesn't help either.

Hoping Helander, Sakala, Aribo, Kent, Arfield and Barisic get minutes this weekend.
