If that’s standard of Swedish fitba we should be pumping Malmö

Are Maribor upto much these days, I know they were seen as a bit of a scalp for us not so long ago but I’d be amazed if we didn’t beat them home and away now, our squad has improved a lot since then, I’ve no doubt that Malmö being the champions will be a better side but then we’re a far better side than Aberdeen, confident we’ll be comfortably through into play off round

Maribor nowhere near the side they used to be. Went out to Coleraine last year.

Good result for the Swedes though.

Credit where it's due, Aberdeen and Hibs both did very well this evening.
Our neighbours (probably) have PSV next.
Even if they get past Midtjylland, I can't see them beating PSV.
I'm a wee bit concerned about some of the teams we could meet in the play-off round.
Assuming we get through the 3rd qualifying round.
And if we don't make it, then some of the Europa playoff teams are a tough proposition.
We really need to get off to a good start, and not just in the league.
Gerrard & Co. will have them up for it, but injuries, and a lack of minutes is still a concern.
