I'm happy to walk 20 minutes or so to the stadium. Mosspark Boulevard and near Shields Road used to do but I know the council have put in new restrictions within the last 18 months. Then just walk over the motorway bridge and you come out on to Kirkwood Street, just behind Paisley Road West. About a one mile walk and 20 mins all in. Not sure if this will still be suitable for the coming season but I’ve parked there 2 seasons in a row. Usually get out quick and back onto the motorway which is ideal.
