There’s a reason he didn’t get more minutes, he’s clearly not good enough. Can’t be handing out minutes just because he’s a nice guy or works hard. If he can’t push Morelos and Roofe to the limit then we need shot of him.

He has one or two good moments, but just didn’t have it to play for Rangers IMO.

agreed as when your chance comes you need to step up and I don’t really think he did when it truly mattered. I still wish him well.

a sub for a team like them is hoaching. still got high hopes for him be it a sale or success here. the latter is somewhat unlikely but not writing him off.

Agree but their central striker is also their captain tonight. Not sure if he's usually captain but if he is then Itten might struggle to get in to the team unless played out wide which IMO doesn't suit his strengths.

Itten is only listed about 81kg, at 6'3  theres butchers that have more meat on their pencils than he does on his bones.

Could easy put another 5-6 kg on in muscle and certainly no lose any pace and be a bit more of a handful physically and in the air.

He started vs malmo away, we spent his whole game time playing it up to his feet or in behind for him to not catch, subbed him off, brought on sakala, then spent the remainder of the game throwing in crosses to sakala like the one itten scored from tonight

He might or might not be good enough for us, but lets not forget at times we were fucking awful in how we played to his weaknesses instead of his strengths

Take your common sense somewhere else please.

Was his celebration down to him getting a bit of stick from the fans?

Nah was a massive goal for them , they're a cert to be relegated again , think that was only their 4th goal this season so they don't get much to shout about

He never got a chance as a regular starter. He was scoring for fun in the Swiss league and for the Swiss National team before he joined us. The header goal against Bayern shows what we are missing….someone to get on the end of all the crosses we send in.

He did.
he failed, he won’t be back.
