Which is blatantly was, but he still got convicted. At least some of Godleys tweets weren't jokes and were actually offensive yet she seems to be getting away with claiming it was a joke Complete double standard. One of the things that came out of it was that apparently context doesn't matter and they didn't care that it was ultimately a joke.
