I still think Lundstram should be starting in the central defensive midfield, at least until Jack is back.

Today would good opportunity for him to show what he can do.

Even though they were down to ten men, thought he had a good game and was my MOTM. Thought Kamara was good before being subbed aswell, and Patterson ran his arse off whole game and done well also.

I thought his attitude had been questionable along with his passing, fitness and awareness. Delighted it looks like I’m wrong. Signs of improvements and then a top display today.

No surprise he looks decent when Davis isn't next to him. He's a team water carrier. If we ask for anything more from him then he'll struggle but in that role today he showed he can do a good job

Same on the pelters, those early games he was awful in. 

He's starting to settle and been playing well. Felt he was MOTM today and hopefully more to come.

This is why I was saying all season it's been mental writing him off so early.

Superb today. The only midfielder who wasnt scared to try something. Played some penetrating passes through the middle rather than be safe and hit the wings all the time. Also good to see him not being afraid to have a pop. Will improve with game time and more importantly confidence.

Was class today, moved the ball so quickly. One of my criticisms of Davis this season has been that he dwells on the ball a bit too long, would start Lundstram from now on.

His use of possesion today was the most important thing, always driving forward or looking for the forward pass, as much as I like Davis if he was playing today I doubt we see the same drive as that and a lot of balls going back the way.

So dont mention the good things as thats his job, but do mention all the mistakes. Alright
