Feel like we’re back to the older days where we underperformed in Europe and occasionally got a excellent victory or went on a run. I actually expected us to make the last 16 again and kind of stake our claim of being a constant feature in the knockout stages of the EL but honestly I’d take 3rd in the group at this point watching us just now.

Last season we pressed high, scored loads and never let teams settle...this season we create a handful of chances every game and hope for a bit of individual magic to get us out of it

We’re a EL team and will be for a long time even if we win the league this season I think the season after the structure changes which makes the CL even more difficult to get into. I’d have liked us to become a constant feature in the EL knockouts
