Guaranteed the media will play this down just as they have done for years, because that's the kind of bigoted wee country we have transitioned to, courtesy of all the thick SNP voters

The media will simply list all the other clubs that have abuse cases against them. Deflect deflect deflect.

Hopefully if they are held to account by the courts The UK Media have a field day with this story giving SMSM a decision to make, Either sit on their hands or finally grow a set and go after them, Big If though imo whether The Scottish courts do hold them Accountable in the current political climate in this wretched backwater.

I can guess which option they'll go for

The evidence against them is mountainous.

Once these papers are served they must face up to what they have done...and should have done.

The SFA and obviously a certain club changed the rule book a good few years ago now to make sure that clubs found guilty of historical offences of anything, couldnt be punished football wise,

So essentially they csn admit to raping weans and fuck all is done about it within the game

I reckon there should be an investigation to find out why and who changed that ruling .

On the plus side the SFA in their “report” did say clubs had to take responsibility for issues at associated clubs .If it’s good enough to take advantage of the positive stuff ,ie post pictures all over your official newspaper when trophies are won it’s good enough to take responsibility for this .

The SFA are not above the law. They could be in deep trouble in all of this imo.

Would be quite a Poignant question as to why they changed The Rule Book should celtic do indeed get hammered by the courts given that most of these allegations were already in The Public Domain.

That’s the burning question mate. What’s next? Changing laws to protect murderers from historical crimes? No I didn’t think so either.

You sure about that?

Remember Downey, the Hyde Park Bombings and Tony Blair's OTR letters?

What was done about that?

We live in hope. That’s all we can do.

They only changed their own rules to say that clubs wouldn’t face sanctions for things like this .

If you have a rogue employee a company shouldn’t face sporting sanction .

But if it is proved that the board at the time were complicit that would of course be a whole new ball game that could be a problem for the SFA .

Clydebank Post also has a notice regarding 'Scotstoun Showgrounds' - Totdett / Cairney.

Looks like they have been served twice.

Are the showgrounds council owned .

Can remember having our school sports there back in the late 70s .
