Popular Post Siam69 26,876
Hard to take this in, keep trying to block it out, like it hasn't happened. Try to console myself with he seen us lift the trophy as Champions again before his death. Epitomised everything it meant to be a Ranger. Legend gets thrown about far too easily these days, but it was exactly was he was and always will be. Craig/ 393
Fuck man, devastated doesn’t even come close. Rest easy gaffer, one of the best to ever do it thank you for the memories 💙❤️
rbt1548 1,839
He did wonders for our club, a great ambassador, gentlemen, and all round good man. There is no doubt in my mind that, although Souness, won the league when he was in charge, it was Walter that was the driving force behind it, and it may not have been done without him. Thank you Walter for the memories, RIP.
BloodRunsBlue 1,303
Terrible news. I'm just shocked. Thoughts and condolences to Walters Wife and family. Thank you Sir for literally thousands of awesome memories as a Rangers fan. You raised the bar and set it at a level that Scottish football will never reach again imo. Rest in peace Walter. 🤭🇬🇧

Popular Post BlueSuedeSambas 53,781
Just now, GabrielTomato said: Despite all the years of turmoil this Club has faced, losing Walter will be the biggest and sorest for decades. As others have said, he is Rangers Football Club. I was born in 1988. I wasn’t alive when the disaster happened, Jock Wallace was before my time and I’m not really old enough to remember the pure shock of Davie Cooper’s passing so this is hands down the worst day and the worst news I’ve ever had in my years of supporting this club. It’s actually rocked me to my core. A truly heartbreaking and devastating day to be a supporter of this great club. only14me, Polo, The Specky Forum Organiser and 8 others
Popular Post Creampuff 22,628
Absolutely broken by this. Brought us so much joy in the 90s and then when we needed him most he didn’t hesitate to chuck the national team to save us. God has a cardigan waiting for him.
