The guy loves drama and attention. Club1872 are done so it's going to be interesting what happens with his shares. Imo he wouldn't think twice about causing us serious trouble to get his money back since his first choice isn't a goer. If he wanted a say he should have stayed on the board where he had a voice, instead he is causing trouble yet again at a time where things are looking up both on the park and behind the scenes. DK wants to sell his shares for £13m to our fan base, the current board would prefer any money the fan base has to spend ends up invested in the club rather than go to South Africa. If the fanbase choose to buy DK’s shares at current value, the board will still have to have a share issue, which will ultimately devalue the C1872 holding again, both financially (at least in the short term) but also in terms of percentage holding and influence. Obviously if DK does not sell his shares now, there will still be an new issue, and his holding is similarly devalued. Easy choice if you ask me.
