Scum asking for game to retrospectively cancelled as the full crowd was dangerous to their players.

New symptom of the Omicron variant.... totally shitting yourselves!

Just curious.  Had the game gone ahead, would that have been all teams played each other twice?  Maybe they thinking things could get worse Jan/Feb and being able to say we not even technically played 50% of fixtures is another angle for them to go down later.  Wouldnt put anything past them, and those on their payroll.

the spfl will try and distance themselves from this by saying it was a club decision - 10-2 but who set the proposal in motion in the first place?

was it celtic, the Scottish government or the spfl?

the smaller clubs are naive in thinking a week is going to make a difference to attendance. And if we are miraculously back to capacity after the break, it makes it all the more corrupt.

That seems unfair, most of the St Mirren team have to be in their beds by 10pm on a school night

None of the St Mirren bench had ever made a first team appearance. That’s wild

Also had a 16 year old in midfield. Tremendous effort from them. Goodwin is a good manager. They can be very tricky to play against, as we well know

Still don’t understand if this is all about giving fans a small glimmer of hope on attending games why are they waiting until we’ve played our home game in what is essentially an empty stadium.

It absolutely reeks.

Is it right that they are planning for the Boxing Day games to be the only ones without fans, before a return to full crowds in three weeks?

Unlikely I know, but what are the odds they're one of the "lucky" clubs not to play a single home game without a limited number of fans this season, with the game day income to show for it?

They can be tricky but it is a home game for us on Sunday. Every confidence we will win even without a large support.

The filth will play St Johnstone away with their depleted squad first. Likey to drop points there imo.

Could easily be 7/ 9 points ahead of them by 5 pm on Boxing Day.  That would crush the cheating bastards.

Crush the cheating bastards! I like that 👌

Can’t see it. St Johnstone are rank rotten. Another loss for them tonight, 7 on the bounce now.
