Think if we retain our current squad we have enough to qualify but we need to strengthen. If we do we will be in the CL group stages and in a really strong position to go for 56. They will add players and if we don’t bring some quality in it will be a challenge in the league. Not strengthening is not an option. It's possible we could sneak into pot 3 should we qualify via league route. Irrelevant as we will be in pot 1 as EL winners. Some great names for sure, but they will be in the same boat as us.. playing a massive tie pre season. we normally seem to play teams into their season, which cancels out the difffrence we’d expect in quality. id for once like to play a team starting their season after us for a change, or at worst, same time, mot like recently, teams 8-10 games in and are in a groove.
