Hopefully this time it's a good range of managers being spoken too. Beale hasn't got a leg to stand on if he complains as he was in talks before gio got the sack. For example if you scout a player lets say a centre half then you look at if he's good in the air, good in the tackle, quick, good positioning and good awareness and that's it.
