What would you change, aside from the manager, to get the game over the line as the tabloid press love to say?

Kane is a myth.

Get Watkins on who actually runs behind a defence and all of a sudden, England look a lot more threatening.

Too many players infront of the defenders, rather than trying to turn them.

Think he should've made changes far earlier.

But from this point on I think he has to get Watkins and Gordon on.

Play an actual left back, an actual left winger, foden in his actual position and someone with an ounce of creativity in central midfield.

Also ban Kane from going in his own half.

England wouldn’t fear France either tbf

Outside of Spain, I'm not sure any of the bigger nations will be afraid of each other. The smaller nations have been far more impressive in this tournament by and large.

At least for Scotland fans they must take some comfort that their players are mostly pish, so no surprise they struggle.

England on the other hand have a terrific group to pick from, and Southgate is just making a rip roaring cunt of it. Must make you even more raging.

We're shite, we know we're shite and we know we constantly underachieve. It sort of softens the blow.
