Even though there is a slight concern over Naismith but he should be fit enough, and if he isn't Novo is back anyway. Why bother changing a team that is playing well? Naismith was reportedly carrying a knee injury, dont no if he's gonna be fit or not, but would play the same 11 with the one change mentioned.
