nvager 498
I feel he is worth a minimum 12m
Eric_Caldow 60
I feel he is worth a minimum 12m Depends on the length of his contract. 8 or 9 million would probably make SDM phone Wattie. Nothing less.
Stardog 11
He's too important to the team. We could function without Hutton but not without Cuellar. I wouldn't accept a £9m bid.
Craigy 0
No player is bigger than the club but if we want to build on this Seasons sucess then keeping Cuellar is vital!
gmanhaggis 0
i said id rather keep hutton than take the money, however in this case, i shall say if we want to build on this seasons thus far success, Cuellar MUST NOT leave
followfollow21 0
£10 million minimum! No less! I'd rather keep him around for a while tho!
SUPERCOOPER 117
A Rangers great is he stays for another 2 seasons
Canadaready 9,437
There is no need to let Cuellar out of his contract. Hutton gave us the money. We couldn't sign anyone more suited than Carlos so he will stay.
kirkiebear 1,013
There is no need to let Cuellar out of his contract. Hutton gave us the money. mark_ni 12
i doubt more than £8m if we sold him. Hes worth more imo but we let alan hutton go on the cheap so i wouldnt be surprised if we let cuellar go cheap if we were to sell him. Hopefully hes here for another couple of years though. Danny 9
Wave a £10M cheque at SDM and Carlos is gone.
J_RFC87 764
Again, we don't need to sell but since every player has his price, I would say no less than £12mil
bluepeter 5,627
There is no need to let Cuellar out of his contract. Hutton gave us the money. We couldn't sign anyone more suited than Carlos so he will stay. Couldn't agree more CR Hope Murray and Bain can see this too, I'm pretty sure Walter and Ally will keep him if they can. First name on the teamsheet every week. Carlos must stay
gers31 246
9 Million and pound signs will click in Murrays eyes. Lets hope we keep Carlos its starting to anger me that all we are doing is being a EPL feeder club
Jardy 0
the big spaniard is priceless
Kermit 0
He's certainly worth more than Newcastle paid for Boumsong, certainly £9 million+ The problem comes when the national team overlooks a player for playing in Scotland, that might be the one reason we lose CC to the EPL Davie Weir may only have another season in him so we need to retain CC for as long as possible to keep the defence solid. Credit to Davie Weir though for making the Spaniard into a great player and Walter for obviously knowing a good player when he sees one. You really feel the clubs money is being spent wisely these days. It'll be interesting to see what changes Walter might make at the back next season, will Webster be prepped to take over from Weir? Celts must be worried by how hard a goal is to come by against us now!
BCLoyal9 53
Taking his age and current form into account , I can't see him going for anything south of £10 million. For it to be otherwise would be a complete feckin joke and a swindle.
bluejeff 16
we need to keep hold of carlos and build the team around him over the next couple of seasons.
rangersross 6,722
the big spaniard is priceless I totally agree, priceless isn't a word I would use often on a football player but in this case Carlos is simply too important to Rangers to justify any fee
Dado'sMulls 2,797
I reckon Carlos could do a job for any of the big 4, he's a top notch defender and has been unreal for us this year. IF we had to let him go I'd be looking at over 10mil, but I doubt we would get that kind of money for him.
jbm26896 995
Carlos is a class above any defender in the SPL , I hope we can keep him , unfortunately he could fit into most teams in the EPL with no problem at all , I would assume these clubs will be watching him at the moment , it is vital we win the league to ensure Carlos is playing CL football next year , if we do , I cannot see him moving If he does , it should be no less than £12m
BlueSuedeSambas 56,413
If we sell Cuellar then I believe it will be for about 8 million.
Bluenose_Pete 4
when we win the treble he will stay, he will enjoy the taste of silverware and will stay. especially if we move that treble to a quad. he wont win anything in england, and i doubt man u, chelsea, liverpool or arsenal would want him as they have a great set of players just now. Muff 245
When you see players like Boumsong, Kaboul, Pepe going for £8m, £9m and £19m(or whatever it was?) then you have to wonder what Cuellar would be worth? I'd say £10m but Liverpool paid £6.5m for Skrtel and Spurs got Woodgate for £7m. Hutton cost £9m so I reckon a bid of around that would land Cuellar. If we recieve bids in the summer, which I'm sure we will, then we have to get as much as possible.
Dado'sMulls 2,797
Thing is, if Cuellar goes then we're fucked! Weir has been great this year but taking into account his age he doesnt have long left surely? And Webster pickin up a hefty wage packet for doing fuck all leaves us in a bit of a centre half predicament. We NEED King Carlos!!!
