So a scouser said to me this morning.

'Guy called Spiers' he said

Long before the end of this the Rangers fans, having got off their usual steam about Keane, an Irish Catholic, despoiling the Ibrox turf, had slunk towards the exits, with not even a rousing rendition of God Save The Queen to satisfy their sophisticated taste buds. It is a once-in-a-lifetime experience for Rangers to have four put past them in Glasgow, and they didn’t like it one bit.

How dare our fans playfully boo a Celtic fan playing for Liverpool...!

Interestingly, the incident with David Healy and Celtic fans having a bit of banter was blamed on the player that time. This time the fans are to blame with more religious bigotry inferred.

But balance was never Poor Graham's strong point.

Read it, wasn't surprised and didn't publicise the clown.

The booing of Keane was, quite frankly, an embarassment.

I was sitting just behind him at the Liverpool game. Thought it was interesting how all the journo's were talking to each other and having a laugh while he sat on his own the whole time.

It's fair to say he's not liked within the industry.

How the hell do you work that out? Robbie Keane is a Celtic fan, that is why he was booed. What can you possibly see wrong with that?

Even in this PC-mad 21st century they are still our rivals believe it or not. Or have you just fallen for the Speirs line of it being a religious thing? <cr>

It was a bit ridiculous. I saw no need for it. Fair enough if he was a former Celtic player, like with Arsenal booing the Madrid boys last night like Heinze etc, but this seemed totally unecessary.

He also said a few years ago he supports the filth
