Players in natural position - squad size - my opinion

Assuming a regular squad size of say 22 we should have 2 players for every position with the starting slot given to the best player with the understudy waiting his chance.

GK - both ok no need to change

RB - need 2 - Only have SW (he needs a run but might not be good enough) - 1 RB required

LB - need 2 - Papac ok defensively but we need more in offence - SS ( I fear the worst on his recovery ) Live as we are perhaps take on a youngster

CB - need 4 - have CC MB AW(gulp)DW (back up ) KB ( give a chance as back up ) CD (get shot off ASAP) -live with what we have unless CC sold.

CM - need 4 - KT BH BF - need 1 more ( i'd try Dean Furman ) - need 1/2 more - has to be creative

RM - need 2 - CB ( always injured )DMB ( see CB ) - need 1 more to try and keep at least 1 fit

LM - need 2 - OUR BIGGEST PROBLEM in the last years - no one around (SN) possibly but he's a striker - need 2

CF - need 4 - we have CB NN KM AV KL DC JCD LM (get rid)SN AG(seen him play well on left for Falkirk - give chance )I would give Stevie Lennon a chance. - thats 10/11 sttrikers - Walter no more please.

summary - get shot of 5 strikers , buy a RB a CM 2 *LM 1 RM and ditch some strikers - Keeping KB KL KM ( i know I know ) and try some kids out - might save us some money . I also hope CA LM are moved on - not good enough.

right backs = 1 Whittaker

Left backs = 0 Papac aint a left back, but fllls in well

Centre backs = 2 good centre backs, Cuellar and Bougherra. The reast are mince

Centre mids = 2 decent midfielders, Thomson and Hemdani. Both cant play in the same team as they are both defensive minded

Right mid = None

Left mid = only Beasley

Strikers = Far too many strikers, not enough good ones
