bombaybadboy08 15,660
In my opinion they have gave him a sweetener to take the blame, thats Murrays style, they done it with Hutton to get him out the door they were flinging money at Gow to get him to go to Burnley
Gaffbear 4,096
He has been forced out the door and in the current climate i think he has been asked to make a statement saying he wanted to leave. The preassure on Murray and Bain just now is too much and them being seen to push Cuellar out the door could be the straw that broke the Camels back. Skol 401
Why is it so hard to believe that Cuellar invoked this clause? Is it so crazy that a player of genuine quality would want to leave for the Premiership now that we're out of all European competition for the year? Far easier to blame Murray with wild conspiracies. petebrown11 0
the clause would possibly explain why Carlos turned down a new contract last month. we'll never know for sure though.

Nevertheless, Walter Smith, the Rangers manager, privately feared he would lose the defender after his ongoing absence from a minor muscle injury. Cuellar missed both legs of the disastrous defeat to FBK Kaunas after sustaining a calf knock in a pre-season friendly against Raith Rovers at Stark's Park and had begun to agitate for a move." Not concrete proof but more than you're offering. Ever heard of Occam's razor?
