ShanksRFC 3,869
I'm not even looking forward to this match. A sign of how bad we have become when you worry about going to places like Inverness. I no longer have any faith in the management team or players. Im in the same boat. blueboy94 54
What has Boyd done not to get a start? If he had scored THAT chance we would be prasing him to the high heavens.

Muff 245
If it was best for the team(which it would have been) - why the outrage? Rangers are bigger than Boyd and any player/person for that matter! Some people should remember that
disgruntled_bear 157
Some fans seem to forget that Muff. No man is bigger than the club
Briton 394
I agree. If Barry wants to drop Kris Boyd, that's that.

Muff 245
Because 9/10 Charlie Adam is fcuking rotten, a waste of space. At least Boyd contributes with goals. Charlie Adam isn't even a left sided midfielder, he was dropped for a number of games after under-performing as usual and all of a sudden brought in for the biggest game of the season. He hadn't been performing in the reserves either.

bluepeter 5,627
My thinking: "The players need a good boot up the arse, and to realise that none of them are safe from being dropped if they under-perform. bringing some flair and youth on will freshen things up, and we can have a good go at Inverness." :alexander: :mcmillan: :bougherra: :weir: :papac: :davis: :mendes: :aaron: :boyd: :miller: Walter's thinking: "My God, that's us 7 points behind now, we really, really can't afford to lose. I'll need to put the heavies on to out muscle Inverness. Maybe if I play Big Lee at centre half, I can play Charlie at LM"
blueboy94 54
If I was Manager......... -----------------------------------:mcgregor: -------------:broadfoot: :bougherra: :papac:----------- --------------------------------------:edu:-------------------------------- :davis: :ferguson: :mendes: :novo: ----------------------:miller: :boyd:------------------------- Something different. Muff 245
Wouldn't have Mendes sitting infront of a back three, especially with Ferguson and Edu infront of him.

RangersJamie52 0
Edu ahead of McMillan at RB? Maurice Edu is a defensive/box-to-box midfielder - not a CB or RB. Why would you play him out of position when we have a player who is a natural RB? Just because Edu played at CB for the national team on a few occasions does not mean we should play him there. He was a liability when he played there aswell. We moan at Walter for playing players out of position, then we suggest doing it ourselves. I don't understand that? Well since he is very raw then you do not know how good a player he is at another position!
delparlane 5,659
I can honestly see us giving them a right doing IF (and a huge if there) Walter shows some intelligence in picking the squad. If it's back to McCulloch, Adam &c, then I honestly don't know what to think.

Gloverdulf 0
:mcgregor: :broadfoot::weir::bougherra::papac: :novo::mendes::davis: :boyd::miller: The team doesnt need huge surgery. We just need a bit more consistency at the back and a bit more pace going forward.
