Youllneverwinaway
Is it possible that Beasley has more starts in International football than he has had in Club football?

Danny
I remember the last time I saw him play for the USA - May last year. He was really, really average at best.
papaguy51
Marvell Mynne I can't quantify in words how much I'd rather have him than Broadfoot at rightback.

I'm sure he scored a couple of goals in the last couple of games he has played in for his country.
nvager
Edu has been out injured a lot. Hard to get into the team if you have not been playing. Beasley is in danger too for the same reason.
Bazza
I was going to say Nva. Beasley can't have played much more than Edu has. Can't see him being dropped somehow though.

Muff
Marvell Mynne I can't quantify in words how much I'd rather have him than Broadfoot at rightback. I'm suprised that Wally and co never noticed Wynne, especially after scouting Maurice Edu on so many occassions! I think he's a cracking player and would do a great job at RB - his pace is frightening, he's strong, athletic and has a good footballing brain. When I heard that Smith was scouting around Toronto, Wynne was the first player I thought of. You get fast players like Robinho and Ronaldo, but Wynne is something else. Out of that squad he's got to be one of the most experienced players though, so he's probably getting picked just on the strength of that.

Funnilly enough I have a mate who's American and when we were talking about football I said how we don't have any decent right backs and he mentioned this guy. He's apparantly rated more highly than Edu was.

I think he would do well to stay in MLS for another year or so and work on his defensive reading, and then he would be ready for Europe.
TMWWBK
Indeed, i've been touting Wynne for a while now. Rogers in for Adu, TG? No Cooper..
