Fiogh
Who are they? In terms of talent and sticking with a team through thick and thin I'll suggest Le Tissier. He must've known he'd never win anything with them and had the talent to play at the very top. Others that spring to mind are Raul and Giggs

superally07
Gerrard deserves a shout no ? Maldini and raul have been playing for teams at the very top level ... winning the league on a regular basis throughout there times at the club. so there aint much better places for those players to go. However Gerrard could of easily won the premiership by now if he wanted to of moved.
Danny
I think purely for age it has to be Maldini. Even if the old fool should have retired 2 seasons ago.

He must've known he'd never win anything with them and had the talent to play at the very top. Others that spring to mind are Raul and Giggs Loved Le Tiss but i think his choice to stay at The Dell was a copout. Chelsea and Spurs had bids accepted for him and he chose to stay, he was always a bit on the laidback(lazy) side and i think he knew that going to a bigger club would mean a much bigger shift in training and far more expectancy on a saturday. A real hero of mine, that goal against blackburn was something else, even the B'burn players were shaking his hand on the way up the park.
OmarLittle
Maldini. Gerrard and Raul are great players but their ego's have harmed their respective teams on occassion over the years. Maldini on the other hand has been a class act and a model pro throughout his career

Briton
I suppose another, at least for us oldies, is Pele. He played 17 years for Santos. OK he did come out of retirement after a couple of years to play for the New York Cosmos, but that was little more than exhibition stuff with a load of other old timers.
